Our Vision Statement-
Is to share the good news of Jesus Christ with others, and to help people experience
true life in Christ. To bring believers to a level of maturity so they may teach others.
To glorify God by communicating the truth of God's word and making disciples by
leading others to Christ. To be a growing church that is spiritually alive to God.
Our Mission Statement-
Is to bring believers to a level of victorious living by equipping through teaching,
living and demonstrating the word of God. To help the hurting and those whos lives
have been destroyed by the effects of sin.
To house the homeless, feed the hungry and be a haven to those who are lost. To reach
out and touch our community with the Love of Jesus Christ
What We Believe
We believe that the Bible is verbally inspired Word of God, infallible and inerrant in the
original writings. II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:20-21.
We believe there is only one Living and True God, maker of heaven and earth and of all
things visible and invisible, and in Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, who was
with God in the beginning, (John 1:1-2, 14); and that the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of Truth
which proceeds from the Father and Son is equal with the Father and the Son, (I John
5:7) and is a gift to the believer, John 14:16-17, Acts 1:8, John 15:26.
We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ and that he suffered, was crucified, died and
buried. The third day he arose again, He ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right
hand of the Father; and His return is immiment to come again to judge the quick and the
dead. Matthew 1:18-25; 30-32, Mark 16, Luke 24, Acts 1:11, 7:55-56, Eph.1:20-23,
II Thess. 1:7-10, Hebrews 1:34.
We believe that mas was created in the image of God, man sinned bringing death to all
in his fall. Genesis 1:26-27, 2:7, and 3:1-19, Roman 5:12, I Cor. 15:21-22.
We believe in repentence from sin, in the atonement by the substitutionary death and
shed blood of Jesus Christ for the propitiation of the sins of the world. Matthew 4:17,
Luke 24:27, Romans 5:6-10, II Cor. 5:15, I Peter 1:18-19, II Cor 5:21.
We believe that salvation is given by grace through personal faith in Jesus Christ, there-
by experiencing the new birth. Eph. 2:8, John 3:1-17, I Peter 1:18-23.
We believe in baptism by immersion in water. Matthew 3:13-17, 28:19, Mark 16:15-16,
John 1:29-34, Acts 2:38.
We believe in sanctification and in the baptism, filling, and indwelling of the Holy Spirit in
the believer: we believe in the operation of the gifts in the church, John 17:17-20, Acts
1:8, 2:4, 19:1-6, I Cor 12:4-14, Eph. 5:26, I Thess. 5:23, Heb. 13:12, I Peter 3:15.
We believe that the Church is the body and bride of Christ and is made up solely of born
again believers. Eph 1:22-23, 5:23-27.
We believe the commission of Christ is still incumbent on every believer to go into all the
world as witnesses to preach and teach the Gospel to every creature. Matt 28:18-20,
Mark 16:15-19, Acts 1:8.
We look for the resurrection of the body, the rapture of the church and life everlasting.
Job 19:25-27, John 3:16, 11:25-26, Acts 4:2, Rom 8:11, I Cor 15:12-28, I Thess. 4:13-18.
We acknowledge one Lord, one Faith, one Baptism, one God and Father of all, who is
above all, and through all, and in you all. Eph. 4:5-6.
